Customer Satisfaction Survey

Do you need them to improve in some way based on their service? After considering all these, you should rate them from zero to five. If you are completely satisfied tellthebell with their services, the rate should go to 4 or 5. If you have experiences that occur, you can rate one or the same depending on the severity of your experience.

Will I Take The Customer Satisfaction Survey?

YOU HAVE TO :

  • Have access to a computer and the Internet.
  • Be able to read English or Spanish.
  • Please have your recent receipt from Taco Bell ready which contained an invitation to the survey.
  • You must be over 18 years of age to participate.

I HAVE ONLINE:

  • So Go to https://www.tellthebell.com/.
  • Enter the store code, date, and time found at the top of your receipt and click start when ready.
  • Value your satisfaction at the age of experience using a five-point score.
  • Rate satisfaction with food, service, staff members, cleanliness, portion size, and accuracy using the 5-point scale as before.
  • Please reply if you have any problems with the private tour. If you are at home, you will be asked to explain the problem and find a solution. Otherwise, it will continue after step 6.
  • Reply if you recommend the restaurant to others.
  • You will be asked to explain why you are satisfied or dissatisfied with your experience. This is optional but can provide a lot of useful information. Please write your answer in the text box.
  • There is a countdown for the words/characters you have typed.
  • You will be prosecuted if you purchased specific items, such as a hard club. If you purchased the item, you will be asked if it looked complete and delicious.
  • In short, you will be prosecuted if you wish to participate in a sweepstakes. Choose yes or no. If you selected no, you are done and can close the browser.
